Return & Refund Policy – Desi Dhaage

At Desi Dhaage, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order with care and precision. We aim to deliver the best quality to our customers. However, please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• If you receive a wrong product, or

• If the product delivered is defective or damaged

To initiate a return:

• You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

• A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof

• The product must be unused and in its original condition

Once verified by our team, we will proceed with the return and applicable refund or replacement.

2. Size Exchange Policy

Since we are a made-to-order brand, each outfit is crafted based on your provided measurements, and we also keep extra margins for adjustments.

However, in case the fit is not right:

• We offer size exchanges within 15 days from the date of delivery

• Customers must share a proper unboxing video while requesting an exchange

• After verification, our team will guide you through the next steps

3. Important Notes

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted

• Slight variations in color or texture due to photography/lighting are not considered defects
